If a person can influence ones personality and change it for good, that person would be a teacher. Mr. Manoj Kumar is precisely that person. Born 2nd march 1975, Mr.Manoj first came to R. Inguraidhoo School on 16th April 2000 as a Account teacher, a job that he has been working on for the last decade. Over the last decade, primarily Mr.Manoj has taught accounts but according to him he has taken commerce in some years when there is shortage of teachers.


Mr.Manoj is loved and appreciated by all, teachers, students and administrative staff, and personally I would say that he is a tremendous teacher since I once had the opportunity of working together with him.

His students say that they like Mr.Manoj because of tranquility and kindheartedness, according to them, they study when Mr.Manoj is teaching, because he treats them very politely. According to a former student, he said “Mr.Manoj is someone who treats all the students equally, some teachers they discriminate between students, but Mr.Manoj is one of a kind”

According to Mr.Manoj during his long years in Inguraidhoo School, the most happiest day was in the year 2001, a year which he produced 6A’s in Account and 4A’s in commerce.

After long years of excellent service, we thank Mr. Manoj Kumar from the bottom of our heart for everything that he has done for Inguraidhoo School, and we wish him the very best in the years to come. Hopefully he will be training our young minds the same way he has, during the last decade
